Part-Time - Van Buren Visitors Center
Are you friendly, organized, and love helping people? Join our team at the Van Buren Visitors Center as a Part-Time Information Clerk. This is perfect for students, retirees, or those seeking extra income.
Position Details:
- Location: Van Buren Train Depot, 813 Main Street
- Hours: Saturdays required, select Sundays for festival weekends (five per year), and holidays as required.
What You'll Do:
- Greet visitors with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer questions about local attractions, events, and services.
- Distribute maps, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Assist with administrative tasks (phone calls, mailouts, etc.)
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming Visitors Center.
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of Van Buren is a plus, but not required
